Open a jar of McColl's today (and maybe another tomorrow)
McColl's is BC's only producer of preserved artichoke hearts. We also offer a wide range of other prepared foods made from BC-grown produce – all certified 100% tasty.
This might sound like an odd thing to admit, but our preserves, glazes and pickled veggies don't last very long. At least that's what some of our customers say when they come to pick up new supplies from us at their local Farmers' Market.
They tell us that entire jars of dill pickles, artichoke hearts or jalapeño slices are often gone within days, or even hours.
We tried to help by offering bigger jars, but it's still not enough for some McColl's lovers. In fact, many dreamed up new ways to use our preserves so they vanish even quicker. Others are so concerned they might run out completely that they call us ahead of markets so we can put aside some of their favourites – which we're always happy to do.
